Accommodations & Rates

2011 Accommodations and Rates

Waterside Resort & Marina's cottages feature all modern amenities.

Kitchens are fully equipped with appliances, utensils, dishes, microwave oven, coffee maker, and toaster.

Each unit has an outside table and full size BBQ grill.

Access to swimming area and boat slips are just a few steps from your door.

The store carries ice, ice cream, goodies for the kids, fishing tackle and fishing licenses.

Pontoon, fishing boats and boat slips are available for rent.

Rent kayaks or a tube for pulling the young and young at heart behind your pontoon boat.

Pets are permitted in a limited number of cottages and only with prior approval by the owner. Please call ahead for details.

 

Lakeside Cottage Description & Rates

Cottages 1 through 5 sleep up to 6 guests.

• Waterside's 5 Lakeside Cottages are right on the lake and bayou.

• The cottages face south for maximum exposure to the sun during those wonderful warm summer days.

• Many of our guests choose these cottages for the sunbathing and close proximity to the private sandy beach and kid's play area. Cottage 1 is surrounded by water on three sides.

• A Picnic table and grill are right outside your door.


LAKESIDE COTTAGE WEEKLY RATES

Rates vary with the season and are from $560.00 to $850.00 per week,
call for details and availability.

LAKESIDE COTTAGE NIGHTLY RATES

Rates vary with the season and are from $110.00 to $175.00 per night,
call for details and availability.


Lakeview Cottage Description & Rates

Cottages 7 and 6 sleep up to 6 guests.

• Your family may prefer the shade and relaxing lake views from the deck of Cottage 7 (left) or Cottage 6 (right). These cottages also have central a/c.

• A large grassy yard and play area for the kids make our Lakeview Cottages excellent vacation rentals.

• And after dark, when the children are dreaming of the past day's events, the folks can reminice around the large firepit.


LAKEVIEW COTTAGE WEEKLY RATES

Rates vary with the season and are from $595.00 to $895.00 per week,
call for details and availability.

LAKEVIEW COTTAGE NIGHTLY RATES

Rates vary with the season and are from $125.00 to $195.00 per night,
call for details and availability.


Lakeview Apartment Description & Rates

Sleeps up to 10 guests.

• Looking for a vacation rental, close to what's happening, that can accommodate a larger group? The Lakeview Apartment may be what you desire with 4 bedrooms and lodging for up to 10 guests.

• The Lakeview Apartment has become a favorite rental for many guests. Your front door is a few steps away from the large shaded grassy yard and firepit.

• The Waterside Store is just around the corner where guests and visitors from around the neighborhood stop for ice cream, snacks, fishing accessories and conversation.


LAKEVIEW APARTMENT WEEKLY RATES

Rates vary with the season and are from $835.00 to $1,195.00 per week,
call for details and availability.

LAKEVIEW APARTMENT NIGHTLY RATES

Rates vary with the season and are from $175.00 to $275.00 per night,
call for details and availability.



Each unit is completely furnished and include:
  • Bed linens, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware, cutlery and cable TV.
  • Charcoal grill, outside table, outside chairs, access to private beach area and fire ring.
  • Towels NOT provided, but are available for $10 per set.

The Waterside store carries a variety of items including:

  • Groceries and sundries
  • Hand-dipped ice cream
  • Snack foods and beverages
  • Unleaded and pre-mix gasoline

A variety of hunting and fishing services, including:

  • Fishing and hunting licenses.
  • Live and artificial bait
  • Fishing tackle
  • Fishing boat, pontoon & slip rental

The fishing enthusiast who has their mind set on trying their skills will not be disappointed.

You will find that fishing is great all year long.

The hunter will find the Waterside an excellent home base camp.
