Policies

A non-refundable damage waiver of 7% is added to all rentals.

You must have a credit card and be at least 21 years old to rent a boat.

You must have a valid Michigan boaters' license or be born on or before June 30, 1996.

Gas and Oil are Extra with all rentals.

Waterside Resort and Boat Rental Offers Pontoon Boat Rentals, Dockside Gas (unleaded and pre-mix non ethenol 90 octane), and Fishing Boat Rentals.

Boats and Motors rented at own risk.

Cancellation Policy: All boat rentals are nonrefundable. If our staff cancels due to high winds or bad weather, single day rentals can opt to reschedule to a different day or be refunded. Multi-day rentals do not have the option to be refunded, but may reschedule to a different day based on our availability.
